These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of melquaro.tech (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

melquaro helps you create AI-assisted song lyrics and music. Features, credit costs, and availability may change. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.

2. Accounts

You may sign in with Google or Yandex ID. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share credentials or circumvent authentication.

3. Credits and purchases

Some actions consume credits. Credits may be purchased via the website (Robokassa). For web purchases, refunds follow the rules on the For buyers page and the Public offer.

4. Your content

You retain rights to text you submit. You grant us a license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the Service (including sending text to AI and music providers). You must not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, reverse engineer, or overload the Service.
• Do not use the Service to generate content that violates law or third-party rights.
• Do not attempt to access other users’ data.

We may refuse or remove content that violates our policies or provider rules.

6. AI-generated output

Lyrics and audio are generated automatically. We do not guarantee originality, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use generated material.

7. Intellectual property

The melquaro name, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

8. Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or restrict access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or operational reasons.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the operator’s jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
