For melquaro (melquaro.tech). On non-Russian pages package prices are shown in USD; the Russian site shows prices in RUB. The Russian version of this page is legally primary for consumers in the Russian Federation.

1. Products and services

melquaro provides a digital service: AI-assisted personal song creation (idea evaluation, lyrics, music variants, playback and MP3 download). Actions are paid with credit packages credited to your account balance.

• the service is delivered online in the web account;
• there is no physical shipping;
• the result is generated lyrics and audio files available in your account.

2. Price

Current package prices are shown in the Pricing section on the homepage and on /app/top-up. On this language version prices are in USD ($); the Russian site shows the same packages in RUB (₽). Settlement with the seller via Robokassa is in Russian rubles.

4. Ordering and timelines

1. Sign in with Google or Yandex ID on melquaro.tech.
2. Choose a credit package on the top-up page.
3. Pay via the payment page (Robokassa).
4. After payment confirmation, credits are added to your balance.
5. Create a song in your account, spending credits on selected actions.

Generation timelines: lyrics usually 1–3 minutes, music about 2–5 minutes. Progress is saved on the server if you leave the page.

5. Payment

100% prepayment. Settlements are in Russian rubles.

Payments are processed by Robokassa. Depending on merchant settings, methods may include:

• Russian bank cards (MIR, Visa, Mastercard);
• Faster Payments System (SBP);
• Pay methods: SberPay, T-Pay, Mir Pay, Alfa Pay, MTS Pay, Yandex Pay;
• other methods shown on the Robokassa payment page.

6. Service delivery (no shipping)

The service is provided remotely. After successful payment, credits are added to your balance; generation is available in your account. There is no physical delivery. A portion of the service is considered provided when credits are charged for a specific action.

7. Cancellation and refunds

When you may cancel

• Before payment — at any time.
• After payment — while purchased credits remain unused (not charged for generation or other paid actions). Used credits (already provided service) are not refunded.

Refund steps

1. Email Beton8@yandex.ru with subject “melquaro refund”.
2. Include account email, payment date and amount, payment method if known, and reason.
3. We review the request within 3 business days and reply to the same address.
4. If approved, the full paid amount (no deduction of payment-service or bank fees) is returned via the original payment method within 10 calendar days from receipt of the request.
5. Bank posting time may add delay; it does not reduce the refund amount.

Important: refunds are not made net of payment-service or bank commission — the consumer receives the full paid amount for the approved unused portion.
