These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the melquaro mobile application and melquaro.tech (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
melquaro helps you create AI-assisted song lyrics and music. Features, credit costs, and availability may change. We may suspend or modify the Service for maintenance, security, or legal reasons.
You may sign in with Google or use a guest profile tied to your device. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not share credentials or circumvent authentication.
Some actions consume credits. Credits may be purchased via in-app products. All sales are final except where required by applicable store policies or law. Refunds are handled through Google Play or the App Store where applicable.
You retain rights to text you submit. You grant us a license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the Service (including sending text to AI and music providers). You must not submit unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
We may refuse or remove content that violates our policies or provider rules.
Lyrics and audio are generated automatically. We do not guarantee originality, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for how you use generated material.
The melquaro name, branding, and software are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or restrict access if you violate these Terms or if required for legal or operational reasons.
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the operator’s jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your country require otherwise.
