This Privacy Policy describes how melquaro (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the melquaro mobile application and the website melquaro.tech (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Information we collect

• Account data: If you sign in with Google, we receive your Google account identifier, email address, and display name as provided by Google.
• Guest use: If you continue as a guest, we assign a device identifier (platform-specific device ID) to associate your sessions and balance.
• User content: Song story descriptions, answers to AI questions, optional notes, generated lyrics, and metadata about your creation sessions.
• Generated media: References to AI-generated audio tracks produced through our music generation partner (URLs and status metadata).
• Purchases: In-app purchase receipts and product identifiers processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store for credit top-ups.
• Technical data: App version, platform (Android/iOS), and standard server logs (IP address, request timestamps) for security and operations.

3. How we use information

• Authenticate you and maintain your account or guest profile.
• Provide AI-assisted song creation (evaluation, lyrics, and music generation).
• Process payments and credit balances.
• Improve reliability, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
• Respond to support requests.

4. Third-party services

We use trusted providers to operate the Service, including:

• Google Sign-In — authentication (subject to Google’s Privacy Policy).
• Large language model (LLM) providers — to analyze your story and generate lyrics; your text is sent to these providers only to perform the requested generation.
• Suno (or equivalent music API) — to render audio from generated lyrics.
• Google Play / Apple App Store — in-app purchases and receipt validation.

These providers process data according to their own policies and our agreements with them.

5. Storage and retention

Session data and account-related information are stored on our servers for as long as your account exists or as needed to provide the Service. We may retain limited logs for security and billing compliance. You may request deletion of your account and associated sessions — see our account deletion page or email imbeton@gmail.com.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email imbeton@gmail.com.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We use industry-standard measures (HTTPS, access controls, secure token storage on devices) to protect your information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. We take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards where required by law.
